When the temperatures go up like they did last week, I usually don’t like eating heavy meals. Well, tonight I had pasta in mind, so I did all the groceries for it already, but later that night I was more into a nice salad then a pasta. So I took the best of both worlds! Made the salad with all the ingredients I had in mind for my pasta pesto. It turned out to be a lovely salad with grilled vegetables and pesto! On top of that I made a lovely pizza with the left overs the day after! The pizza recipe can be found HERE.
I Actually eat these potatoes a lot and it’s pretty basic and not very innovative, but since this blog is my personal recipe book, I thought I’d just share this one too. Since I left my parents house I haven’t eaten any boiled potatoes, but I eat these about 2 to 3 times a week 🙂 Maybe I can help a few desperate college kids with this recipe. Cooking skills are not needed and it has a prep-time of 2 minutes max. This recipe is suitable for the laziest cooks on earth and it is less unhealthy than they taste.
Some days I also am a little bit of a lazy cook who doesn’t want to be in the kitchen more then 10 minutes. I buy someting that’s on discount and trow it all together on a plate. This cucumber salad is one of the easiest things to make. Only a few ingredients, very quick! I ate it with a baked fish. Just simple, salt, pepper and paprika powder. A very light meal for a small appetite.
